There is only one kind of immunity and that is natural immunity which is achieved by battling the infectious diseases itself. Vaccination is merely the artificial triggering of temporary responses to manmade pathogens. Vaccines are both harmful and dangerous and are leading to generations of humans with no natural defenses to disease.

Vaccines do not provide long-term immunity; only temporary at best. In vaccines, an antigen is injected into the body to produce a reaction and the immune system responds in the form of antibodies, but antibody presence does not confer immunity. People still catch the diseases that they are vaccinated against. Vaccines actually skip the normal immune responses to activate killer cells which can trigger an overproduction of cytokines in response to the toxic vaccine adjuvants and can damage tissues and organs and even stop the heart and block air pathways.

Vaccines should never be called immunizations because that is a misnomer. Immunity and vaccinations are two different subjects altogether. In fact, breast milk is so potent with immune energizing effects in the infant that researchers at the CDC recommend women withhold breastfeeding their children in order to boost the “effectiveness” of childhood vaccines. The paper claims that women should stop breastfeeding long enough for the man-made poison to work on artificial/temporary “immunity.”

There is no such thing as a “side effect”

After-effects of vaccines are only followed for a very short time. Effects that are not seen for 30 years will not even be associated with the vaccine. Immunizations are contributing to the lowering of immunity along with the spread of auto-immune diseases such as arthritis and even AIDS throughout the world. Research clearly shows that aluminum mixed into vaccines carries a risk for autoimmunity, long-term brain inflammation, and subsequent neurological complications and may have profound and widespread adverse health complications. Many vaccines contain both aluminum and trace amounts of mercury. When you mix these 2 metals together it causes Extreme Synergistic Toxicity.

The facts:

As vaccinated disease rates go down (but not necessarily as a result of toxic vaccinations), the rate of chronic disease goes up in lock-step. Vaccines, as they are commonly given, destroy the natural immunity process and accelerate the auto-immune disease process.

Deaths from measles in 1900 were 13 per 100,000 people. In 1948: less than one. Measles vaccines introduced in 1963 but took full credit for what they never did – eliminate measles. Japanese health authorities realized that early inoculations were causing crib deaths so they postponed them until the 24th month and SIDS virtually disappeared along with whooping cough (pertussis) during the first two years of babies’ lives. Instead of preventing whooping cough the DPT promotes it as well as SIDS. Reuters recently reports that according to the CDC, the number of pertussis cases is growing – in the fully vaccinated population!

The recent Bachmair vaccine study reveals that the allergy rate in vaccinated children is more than double the rate in unvaccinated ones. Vaccinated children are also nearly eight times more prone to develop asthma or chronic bronchitis than unvaccinated. Furthermore, vaccinated kiddos suffer from more neurodermatitis, herpes, otitis media, hay fever, hyperactivity, scoliosis, epilepsy and seizures, migraine headaches, thyroid disease, and SIDS than unvaccinated children. Vaccinated kids historically also have more measles than unvaccinated kids

Doctor after doctor will tell you that vaccinations have reduced the incidence of many infectious diseases but they have no real proof. In fact, all the epidemical evidence shows that disease rates rise after vaccines – in the vaccinated population. Should we trust them just on their word? Make an informed decision about you and your child’s health.

The 'lights are out' when it comes to the medical community reporting on adverse reactions to vaccines.

The British Medical Journal in its February 28, 2012 issue published a rather remarkable article by Deborah Cohen, Investigations Editor at BMJ, titled “Joint BMJ / BBC Newsnight investigation raises new concerns over hip implants, which may affect more people than the breast implant scandal.” [1]

First, I want to applaud BMJ for pointing out that the hip implant scandal may affect more people than the breast implant scandal.  However, how many more people—especially innocent children—are being affected by the vaccine scandal?

Why are so many young children contracting so many unheard of medical syndromes that did not appear in the medical literature 50 or more years ago, e.g., Autism, ADD, ADHD, childhood cancers, and something termed “Shaken Baby Syndrome” that may be vaccine-related brain damage from multivalent vaccines, especially when no physical trauma presents on the infant’s body.  See my 2-part series how bone density tests can disprove Shaken Baby Syndrome published at International Medical Council on Vaccination February 5, 2012

Second, if the BMJ is willing to admit that medical scandals have occurred regarding hip and breast implants, why is it so reluctant to investigate the parallel rise in childhood chronic disease rates, seizures, and behavioral problems that coincide with the ever increasing mandated childhood vaccination schedules since the 1980s?

Third, the investigation that occurred in the United Kingdom faults regulators in both the UK and United States for keeping patients in the dark about the DePuy Orthopaedics (a Johnson & Johnson Company) metal-on-metal hip implants that have been found to be releasing metal ions, which may be carcinogenic because of the genotoxic risks of cobalt and chromium ions.  The scientific community has known about those genotoxic risks for more than a year or so—how about decades!  Business as usual, I’d say, since science has known of the neurotoxic effects of mercury and aluminum for even longer, and no one is blowing the whistle on neurotoxins in vaccines pumped into infants starting at birth, then at 2, 4 and 6 months until the child receives a total of 36 before going to school.

If the BMJ and BBC were so willing to investigate the hip replacement system, why are they so loath to investigate things like mercury (Thimerosal), aluminum, formaldehyde, MSG, and an entire witches’ brew of foreign DNA, rDNA, aborted human fetal tissue, and manufacturing chemicals that are ‘thought’ to induce immune response but, probably are ‘killing our kids softly’?

Why isn’t BMJ calling for independent third party investigators to delve into the resurgence of infectious diseases occurring within vaccinated populations since vaccines are supposed to be ‘disease prevention’ prophylactics?  Why is the public kept in the dark about that?

Since Dr. Cohen states that DePuy knew about hip implant genotoxicity back in 2005, what kind of slap on the wrist do you think DePuy will get?  Perhaps independent investigators ought to scrutinize the UK and FDA approval process paperwork to find out what was not included that DePuy probably knew about and should have reported.  Much has been written about how the approval process is skewed in favor of the applicant.  Professor Donald W. Light talks about “The Food and Drug Administration: Inadequate Protection from Serious Risks” in the book The Risks of Prescription Drugs (Columbia University Press, 2010) available on Amazon.com.

Cohen further talks about metal-on-metal hip replacements being subjected to only simulated mechanical testing and not how it functioned in the human body. [2] Simulated computer testing is used in a lot of approval processes within U.S. government agencies and they are fraught with disastrous results, I think, otherwise healthcare consumers would not be having all the problems they do with prescription drugs, medical devices, and vaccines.

Probably nothing elucidates safety problems at government approval agencies than “commercial success trumping safety.”  We see that happening routinely in vaccines, especially the HPV vaccine that is devastating young girls who must take a course of  three toxic-laden injections, with boosters later on in life.

Remember the Swine flu pandemic of 2009? Here’s part of what may have been the propelling issue to get it ‘mainstreamed’ globally, according to F. Willliam Engdahl:

The man with the nickname “Dr Flu”, Professor Albert Osterhaus, of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam Holland has been named by Dutch media researchers as the person at the center of the worldwide Swine Flu H1N1 Influenza A 2009 pandemic hysteria. Not only is Osterhaus the connecting person in an international network that has been described as the Pharma Mafia, he is THE key advisor to WHO on influenza and is intimately positioned to personally profit from the billions of euros in vaccines allegedly aimed at H1N1. [3]

Globally, healthcare consumers are waking up to the fact that they may have been had by media spin and Big Pharma’s post-marketing disasters for pharmaceutical drugs.  Public Citizen, a U.S. watchdog group, seems to be concerned about how the public is kept in the dark about issues.

There is no issue that the public has been kept in the dark about more than vaccines, the ‘sacred cash cow’ of modern pharmacology—not medicine. If doctors really knew what was in those vials, they’d stop acquiescing and, instead of ‘divorcing’ families that want vaccine exemptions from their medical practices, they would turn down Big Pharma’s commissions they get for vaccinations and live up to the Hippocratic oath they took.

Let’s examine the NHS promotional video in detail.

The video begins with a series of images portraying a family of superheros together with typical super hero music playing in the background along with the captions:

Marketing campaigns attempt to convince you there is little risk vaccinating your child.

• Be a hero!
• Protect your child!
• X-ray vision and super strength are all very good but you can be a hero by doing just one simple thing for your child!
• Get them immunized:
• Childhood vaccinations like the MMR may not sound as exciting as saving the planet but they really important and prevent serious illness and even death!

‘Be a Hero!’

Giving your child vaccinations does not automatically qualify you as a hero. We all want to be a hero in our children’s eyes. I believe this can only be achieved by giving them love, care and keeping them safe.

The only people that will think that you are a hero for vaccinating your child are the pharmaceutical industries who manufacture the vaccines and the governments who sanction them.

To state that by giving children vaccinations automatically makes parents into instant heroes, is propaganda and a marketing ploy intended to force parents into taking up the recommended vaccination schedule.

‘Get them Immunized’

Immunization is not the same as vaccination. This is explained in great detail by Dr Tim O’Shea in his book ‘Vaccination Is Not Immunization’ (5) He states and this is very important:

Vaccination is merely the artificial triggering of temporary responses to manmade pathogens. Immunity? That’s a different topic altogether.

Dr O’Shea goes on to quote Australian scientist Dr Viera Sheibner, PhD who says:

There is only one immunity, natural immunity, which is achieved by going through the infectious diseases of childhood.

In his book Dr O’Shea quotes the French scientist Dr Xavier Raspail who explained that even if a child is vaccinated against an illness it does not mean that they are now immune to ever catching the illness. Children are still catching the diseases that they are vaccinated against. This is because when an antigen is injected into the body it will produce a reaction and the immune system indicates it’s response in the form of antibodies, their presence will not protect i.e. immunize.

The NHS Portsmouth video continues by stating:

Dr Viera Scheibner (6) writes:

I have not found a single paper which would demonstrate that in epidemic situations only unvaccinated children contracted the diseases. Even during vaccine trials many children contracted the diseases against which they were vaccinated, often within a few days.

The Alternative Doctor (7) writes:

Even if you run the risk of vaccinating your child can still get the disease, and many measles deaths, for example, are in kids under the age of vaccination.

“What they don’t tell you is that a child who receives the MMR vaccine can still get measles. In an outbreak of measles in Texas in 1987, 96 percent of the cases were considered non-preventable. In other words, all the measles cases were either fully vaccinated, had a religious or medical exemption or were born before 1957…..According to the Panhandle Health District, 85 percent of the documented cases of pertussis had 4 out of 4 of their DPT shots and 15 percent had 3 out of 4 of their DPT shots……….The CDC statistics for this outbreak in all five northern counties states that out of 253 reported cases, 81.5 percent were fully vaccinated or had 4 out of 4 of their DPT shots.”

All medications and vaccinations carry the risk of possible side effects, this is a known fact, if they did not, then why is a list of ‘possible side effects’ always included on drug and vaccination inserts and why do reporting systems exist to report adverse reactions?

Your child IS at risk from adverse reactions to vaccinations and therefore cannot be guaranteed safety.

The Alternative Doctor (7) writes:

Contrary to a very popular government lie, the vaccines aren’t safe unless you stretch the definition of “safe” to include death, numerous diseases, and serious brain damage. They have paid out for 900 children (UK) with serious brain damage from DPT vaccines, but now deny it (“science has moved on” is the phrase used), saying on their leaflets DPT doesn’t cause brain damage! How come vaccines can cause serious brain damage, & death but somehow not autism?

Some vaccines are less dangerous than others. Safe is breastfeeding, which incidentally, is natural immunization, also ignored and downplayed.

Quite right to breastfeeding is safe; however, worried that breastfeeding might actually help children to gain natural immunity, some healthcare experts are now recommending delaying breastfeeding to allow the vaccinations to take effect. (8)

‘Your child is at risk without them?’

Your child is perfectly safe without vaccines. Saying that they are at risk without them is propaganda told to parents by the pharmaceutical industries and governments to scare them into having their children vaccinated and is a marketing ploy used to sell vaccinations.

One of my favorite articles explaining just how safe unvaccinated children are is written by Homeopath and G.P Dr Jayne Donegan (9) who writes:

We vaccinate against lots of childhood diseases now because we are told that having the diseases is a bad thing and leads to thousands of deaths. However, when we look at the figures from the Office for National Statistics, we see that 95% of the people who used to die from measles stopped dying before the vaccine was introduced in 1968 and similarly 99% of the people who used to die of whooping cough. The mortality rate for tuberculosis fell no differently in countries that did and did not use the BCG vaccine. Scarlet fever, rheumatic fever and typhus were deadly killers. They all disappeared without a vaccine.

The NHS Portsmouth video then states:

‘NHS Portsmouth is determined to immunize as many children as possible.’

The only way this is at all possible is to allow children to grow up unvaccinated and to allow their own immune systems to do the job it was designed to do.

This video proves that this is not NHS Portsmouth’s intention.

Anna Watson from the group Arnica explains natural immunity in her two videos (10)

Anna runs the support group Arnica (11) whose mission is to guide parents into using a more natural approach to healthcare. The group does not believe in vaccination. Arnica states:

“At Arnica we believe in the importance of Natural Immunity.”

Parents and health practitioners meet up regularly, formally and informally, and use the Yahoo group to discuss vaccine issues and keeping healthy. We also share good practice and evidence on how we can support our children naturally when they are sick (skills no longer passed down from our parents), like dealing with fever and cleaning wounds, for example.

When we compare a vaccine’s adverse reactions, and possible longer-term health problems, against complications from childhood disease in healthy children, we feel that in most cases no studies have been done to compare the health of these groups.”

The only truth in the NHS Portsmouth vaccination promotion is in the last small section, which states:

‘But we need your help to do this!
Remember Immunization could save their life!
So go on Mum go on Dad be a hero protect your child!
Speak to your nurse today!’

Yes Immunization could help save your child’s life and the only way to immunize your child against childhood disease is to allow them to build up their own immunity. I repeat once again what Dr Scheibner has said:

There is only one immunity, natural immunity, which is achieved by going through the infectious diseases of childhood.

I have tried to demonstrate that it is not always wise to believe everything that your local healthcare provider tells you. As the NHS Portsmouth video demonstrates much of the promotional material used today to advertise vaccination is propaganda and lies uniquely designed to peddle drugs and vaccines as effectively as possible.

Parents of vaccine injured children are sometimes accused of child abuse

In 1977 Professor Roy Meadow wrote a controversial paper on Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSBP) for the Lancet, entitled ‘The Hinterland of Child Abuse’ (1) The paper was deemed problematic by many because the second case study used as evidence of MSBP type abuse described a child presenting with excessive sodium (salt) in the blood. During Meadow’s discussion he disclosed that this child was force-fed 20 g of sodium, with difficulty, by himself and his colleagues. Sadly the child died!

Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSBP) is a fanciful diagnosis based on the fictional character Baron Munchausen. Baron Munchausen is said to have enjoyed a series of supposed travels and fantastical experiences with his band of misfits. It seems fitting that Meadow used this particular fictional storybook character to name this new syndrome.

This diagnosis is now being attached to parents and care givers to describe aspects of their behavior which usually includes subjecting what appears to be a previously healthy child to unnecessary and often painful tests or medical interventions i.e. scans, x-rays and even surgical procedures to gain what Meadow describes as attention from the medical profession.

The Vaccine Cover Up Begins

I now believe that there is more to Meadow’s diagnosis than meets the eye. I say this because government papers have come to light proving that Meadow had ties to big pharma (2) and that he was attending government meetings discussing adverse reactions to vaccines from 1987-1991. In fact these documents prove that Meadow not only attended meetings on vaccinations but was advising committee members on the subjects of the yellow card reporting system, anaphylaxis, seizures and cot death and had even contributed to vaccination guidelines. (3) It was not long after these meetings that the largest vaccine cover up the world has ever seen began. Suddenly thousands of parents all over the world were accused of MSBP after their children had suffered a vaccine injury.

A make believe name had become a make believe disorder to enable professionals to pin the blame of vaccine induced injuries onto the shoulders of innocent parents.

One family caught up in the vaccine cover up was Mr. and Mrs. Peacher and their two children. Six years ago Mr. and Mrs. Peacher had their two children child A aged 6 and child B aged 7 snatched from them by social services after they claimed their children were vaccine injured.  Without warning the couple was falsely accused of MSBP and as a direct consequence of this accusation had both children taken away by social services (CPS). The children were then separated and put in foster families 200 km apart. All parental contact was severed in the case of child A and limited to just twice a year in the case of child B.

What grounds did social services have to snatch the children? Very little it appears as the children were reported to be appropriately dressed, well groomed and clean. According to the background reports to this case the children were well fed, cheerful and seemingly happy children.

The family did have problems however and there is no getting away from this. Mrs. Peacher was reported to suffer from bouts of poor mental health, suffering from stress, a mild personality disorder and mild learning difficulties. Mr. Peacher also is said to have mild learning difficulties and is reported to be manipulative at times.

The family had also moved around a lot and had been said to have had twelve different moves in eight years. According to Mr. Peacher this was because the children were being severely bullied for being ‘different’ and because of his work.

Did these problems amount to child abuse or were their children stolen because Mr. and Mrs. Peacher dared to suggest that they were vaccine damaged?

Reading through the reports the children did have problems mixing and had an array of ‘unmet needs’. The reports stated that the children both exhibited the following behaviors:

Poor attention spans, poor self control e.g. fidgeting, unsettled; presented as socially unboundaried e.g. over familiar, loud, ask inappropriate questions; struggling with poor peer relationships; invite or instigate aggression and bullying; and hit out and kick each other and their parents.

Child B has a confirmed learning difficulty and severe constipation leading to continual soiling throughout the day.

Child A has less learning difficulties than her brother although it is felt that she may plateau and then begin to struggle later on. She also has been reported to suffer from spina bifida, urinary tract infections and like Aaron suffers from severe constipation and incontinence.

Were Mr. and Mrs. Peacher’s Children Abused Or Did They Suffer From Vaccine Induced Illness?

In 2000 Lisa Blakemore-Brown an independent applied psychologist, who specialized in ADHD, Asperger Syndrome and related disorders, wrote the book ‘Reweaving the Autistic Tapestry’. Her research focused on early intensive system intervention, and the increasing professional recognition of the overlapping features of ADHD and Asperger Syndrome. Her book has had worldwide recognition and is a must have for any parents with children suffering from ADHD, Autism and related disorders.

In the chapter Blakemore-Brown entitled ‘Definitions, Descriptions and Disorders’ (4) she describes disorders that Mr. Peacher feels are very similar to those his children were reported to have been suffering from. After reading her book which describes disorders such as autism and ADHD he told me that it was like reading descriptions written about his own children. Strangely however, he informed me that neither of the two children had ever been formally assessed by an expert.

What is even stranger is that Mr. Peacher swears that his children’s problems only began after they received routine vaccinations. His description ties in with what Lisa Blakemore-Brown has been saying for 17 years. In fact it is her belief that it was her outspokenness that led to a ‘witch hunt’ orchestrated by the minions to drive her out.

In 2005 Daniel Foggo writing for the Telegraph (5) wrote;

A former government adviser who has controversially linked infant vaccines to autism in children claims she is the victim of a disciplinary action “witch-hunt”.

The child psychologist Lisa Blakemore-Brown believes that her outspokenness has made her enemies in the pharmaceutical business and in the Government.

Ms Blakemore-Brown, 57, has expounded the theory that diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis inoculations routinely given to babies at two months could be linked to autism and a range of allergies. She is facing disciplinary charges after being officially accused by the British Psychological Society of being potentially unfit to practice and of being paranoid.

Blakemore-Brown believes that thousands of parents worldwide lose their children when parents complain that their children’s autism/ADHD only began after routine vaccinations.

Blakemore-Brown Is Not Alone In What She Believes

Blakemore-Brown is not alone in what she believes, another professional who believes that vaccines are causing vaccine induced illnesses including autism and ADHD and when parents complain they lose their children is Dr Rebecca Carley M.D. Carley has proved through a series of papers that autism is a non fatal version of SSPE (Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis). The myelin sheath is a fatty layer which insulates the nerves, just as does the plastic coating on an electrical cord. Demyelination is when the myelin breaks down causing interference with nerve conduction which leads to conditions like autism and ADHD. This was proven by scientists at UCLA. (8) What determines the resultant symptoms is the location and severity of the demyelination.

Carley documents that in the 10th edition of the book entitled Harrison’s Principals of Internal Medicine (9) it actually states that SSPE can be caused by the measles vaccination.

This is further evidenced by the fact that it has since been proven that professionals discussing the MMR vaccine during the ARVI meeting July 6^th 1987 (10) (a meeting which Prof Meadow attended) actually referred to an SSPE like syndrome.

It is interesting that professionals were discussing SSPE in relation to the MMR vaccine especially as Dr Rebecca Carley M.D. has always firmly believed that SSPE is in fact non-fatal autism.

Dr Carley has documented that in the May 4, 2000 publication of the CDC (#99-6194) entitled “Vaccine Information Statements – What You Need to Know” on page 9 in the section “The Law (Recording Patient Information & Reporting Adverse Events) it states “A report under paragraph (1) regarding a vaccine shall include the time periods after the administration of such vaccine within which vaccine-related illnesses, disabilities, injuries, or…deaths occur, and the manufacturer and lot number of the vaccine.” The most important part of the scientific method is OBSERVATION; and observing you have a different child after a vaccine is administered has been transformed into a mental illness (MSBP) in the observer to cover up the epidemic of vaccine related disabilities and deaths.  This is FRAUD of the highest order, leading to the breakup of families like the Peachers which causes further psychological trauma to the children & the parents.

Once a whisper of MSBP has been whispered all professionals then see the parents as child abusers and cannot think outside the MSBP box. Blakemore-Brown describes this as putting on the Munchausen’s lenses, which she says are put on by the ‘duped professional’ looking at a case involving a parent who is suspected of suffering from MSBP. She says:

“Once wearing the lenses (influenced by the phenomena) the duped professional is blinded to the truth and can’t see what is staring him in the face and what his training has taught him”

Charles Pragnell Dip. S.W. L.R.C.C Consultant / Director an independent social care management consultant with over thirty years of experience in working directly with children and young people as a social worker and as a senior manager of social services is of the same opinion.

Pragnell is also worried about the sudden over use of the MSBP diagnosis. He speaks of his concerns in his paper entitled ‘MUNCHAUSEN SYNROME BY PROXY – A MYTHICAL MALADY!’ (12)

He says that not only were Meadow’s original findings of questionable validity, but as far as is known, MSBP was never subjected to any trial period under clinical and scientific conditions by any national medical body in the United Kingdom prior to its introduction as a medical diagnosis, nor has there been any trial period under clinical and scientific testing conditions to monitor and review its implementation.

In another paper which I believe to be one of the most important papers ever written on the subject of false accusations of child abuse (13) Pragnell states:

Many parents in many places around the world have given personal testimony that following the administration of vaccines to their child, the child has become seriously ill within hours or days. Such illnesses have taken many forms but commonly they are febrile, listless, and some are reported to have experienced epileptic seizures.

Within days or a few short weeks, parents report that their child then takes on a totally different personality – they are distant, unable to make eye contact, they are constantly restless and hyperactive – “they have gone into their own little world” is an often stated assessment by the parents. The parent, quite naturally, becomes extremely anxious and fraught as they lose contact with their child. They want their child to be healthy and normal, as the child was in the first few weeks after birth. So what has happened they wonder?.

In the Britain, the parent will usually seek help and advice from the Health Visitor and perhaps their General Practitioner but this is when they are hit with the first of the `Double Whammies’.

The Health Visitor reports them to the Child Protection agencies as their child is “failing to thrive” and is not reaching its expected developmental milestones. They are seen as over-anxious and if they seek a second medical opinion, they are accused of `Doctor-shopping’.

Dr Viera Scheibner Phd and retired research scientist agrees and states the following in her paper entitled ‘Shaken Baby Syndrome – The Vaccination Link’ (14) She writes:

While the term MSBP may have some validity in describing this special form of child abuse in the documented cases of parents slowly poisoning their child or exposing it to unnecessary and often dangerous and invasive medical treatments, more recently it became a way for some doctors to camouflage the real observed side-effects of especially measles (M), measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) and measles-rubella (MR) vaccinations in the UK. Many thousands of British children (up to 15,000 in my considered opinion) developed signs of autism usually associated with bowel symptoms after being given the above vaccines in 1994.

Surely this evidence given by some of the top professionals in the world studying this subject is proof that Mr. and Mrs. Peacher are not child abusers but actually inexperienced parents trying to cope with undiagnosed and therefore untreated severely vaccine damaged children. What they required more than six years ago was not blame and ridicule because they were parents with learning difficulties but help and guidance to enable them to stay the family that they so desperately wanted to be.

However, like a growing number of cases around the world instead of the help and guidance that Mr. and Mrs. Peacher so desperately needed they were blamed and punished in the worst way possible. They have had their family torn apart, their children sent to live 200 km away from each other losing not only each other but their loving, caring parents as well. Is this what the government calls child protection or is it really a clever and devious way for the government to protect their own lies and corruption under the guise of child protection?

Since we cannot discuss the inquest until the coroner releases that information, let’s talk about some of what we know. Dr. Lee tested 16 samples of Gardasil^® in use from 9 countries, each with a different lot number. The lot numbers of the 5 New Zealand samples, the cities of origin and the HPV genotypes of the L1 gene DNA found in each sample are listed below:

There seems to be a potential problem that falls back on to the Renata case insofar as Dr. Lee’s findings in Jasmine’s blood and spleen tissue and the above findings. Can you please tell us about that?

Yes, Catherine, there are multiple potential problems with discovering HPV-16 L1 DNA in Jasmine’s samples. We must emphasize that what was discovered in the Gardasil® vaccine and in Jasmine’s samples are viral DNA fragments, not the infective wild viruses.

First, HPV infection is confined to epithelium. This virus does not survive in the blood or in other organs of a healthy woman. Any naked HPV DNA fragments in the circulating blood would be degraded by serum or intracellular DNA nucleases (enzymes) if these fragments are taken up by the macrophages (a component of the white blood cells), and eliminated from the body in 24-48 hours.

Since the HPV-16 L1 gene DNA fragments were discovered 6 months after Jasmine’s last Gardasil^® vaccination, we have to assume these HPV DNA fragments were either protected by being firmly bound to the aluminum adjuvant, or by integrating themselves into the human genome through poorly understood mechanisms.

Didn’t Jasmine’s mother contact Dr. Lee after she had read that the U.S. FDA announced that the Gardasil® vaccine contained residues of HPV L1 gene DNA?

Jasmine’s parents made contact with us after the discovery of genetically engineered HPV DNA in Gardasil® through an associate we work with in New Zealand. They were then put in direct contact with Dr. Lee because of his expertise.

I think our readers ought to know that the FDA affirmed Gardasil® samples do contain HPV L1 gene DNA fragments. That can be confirmed on FDA’s website:

Wasn’t that an ‘after-the-fact’ FDA announcement to its certifying that Gardasil® was safe and effective, despite it being bound to insoluble adjuvant AAHS particles? How could that have slipped by the certifying process? I guess that does not appear on the vaccine package insert, does it?

The webpage you refer to was a public response to the SaneVax letter which informed the FDA of the contaminants Dr. Lee had discovered. Anyone reading the FDA’s announcement should note there are absolutely no scientific references to back up the claims, and I quote, “The presence of these DNA fragments is expected, is not a risk to vaccine recipients, and is not a safety factor.”

Instead of conducting further investigation into our discoveries, including the finding of HPV DNA fragments firmly bound to the insoluble AAHS adjuvant, the FDA issued a blanket statement as to the vaccine’s safety.

AAHS is listed as an adjuvant on the package insert. But a molecular complex of HPV DNA or plasmid DNA fragments firmly bound to the AAHS particles (probably through a chemical reaction) are not.

Don’t those insoluble adjuvant AAHS [amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate] particles and the HPV L1 gene DNA encourage cytokine production, which apparently is not listed on the vaccine package insert?

AAHS is Merck’s proprietary mineral-based insoluble adjuvant with a very high binding capacity for HPV VLPs, the active major capsid protein antigen in Gardasil®. The vaccine manufacturer and the FDA might have known there would be residual HPV DNA and plasmid DNA in the Gardasil® vaccine, if there is evidence to support that claim.

However, they did not know (or, if they knew, did not disclose) the physical condition of these naked viral (HPV) and bacterial (plasmid) DNA in Gardasil®. For example, these DNA fragments could be in the aqueous phase (dissolved in water), encapsulated in the VLPs, or bound to the AAHS by electrostatic attraction or an irreversible chemical reaction between the aluminum in the AAHS and the phosphate backbone of the DNA molecules.

In his testimony, Dr. Lee presented experimental evidence to show that DNA/AAHS complexes may constitute a new chemical compound with unknown effects. As all AAHS nanoparticles are designed to be phagocytized by tissue macrophages after intramuscular injection, any foreign viral and/or plasmid DNA present would be carried into the cytoplasm of the macrophages along with the AAHS nanoparticles. Once in the cytoplasm, these foreign DNA fragments, protected from degradation, may act as long-acting stimulators to activate the macrophages to signal the production of cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF).

TNF is a known myocardial depressant capable of causing hypotension and lethal shock in animals and in humans, as well as other symptoms commonly reported by the girls vaccinated with Gardasil^®.

Persistence of foreign DNA fragments in the cells increases the chance of integration of the foreign DNA into the human genome through poorly understood mechanisms, thus increasing the risk of gene mutations and cancer.

Should MDs who administer Gardasil® be aware of that key omission on package inserts because of the potentialities of what can happen to vaccinees, e.g., tumor necrosis factor, even sudden death syndrome from myocardial dysfunction or as a result of maldistribution of peripheral blood flow?

It is not standard practice to warn physicians or medical consumers of unproven scientific theories. To date, there has been no research in the area of the risks of foreign DNA being attached to aluminum particles included in vaccines. The research to discover the real risks just has not been done.

That being said, those who administer Gardasil® should be made aware of the fact that severe adverse reactions occur at a higher rate than deaths from cervical cancer in most developed countries, the United States being one. [Reference

What is the tumor necrosis factor?

TNF is a cytokine primarily secreted by macrophages (white blood cells). This cytokine is involved in the regulation of a wide spectrum of biological processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, lipid metabolism, and coagulation. It is one of the cytokines that have been implicated in a variety of diseases, including autoimmune disorders/diseases, insulin resistance, and cancer. Isn’t the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) a recognized myocardial depressant? Isn’t TNF known to cause the release of cytokines?

TNF is one of the cytokines, which may be produced when either naked viral or bacterial DNA activates the macrophages. Yes, according to Dr. Lee, “It is a known myocardial depressant capable of inducing lethal shock in animals and in humans.”

One may also consider since the medical profession currently uses TNF-blockers to treat inflammatory conditions such as Crohn’s disease, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, that overproduction of TNF may be a precursor to these and possibly other autoimmune disorders.

If I’m not mistaken, don’t HPV L1 gene DNA residues left in Gardasil® bind to cationic AAHS[amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate] nanoparticles?

Yes, at pH 6.0-6.5, AAHS in the Gardasil® vaccine carries a positive charge and the DNA a negative charge. Therefore, there is an electrostatic attraction between the two. But as Dr. Lee testified at the Jasmine inquest, a highly stable, perhaps irreversible, new chemical compound of the cationic aluminum bound to the phosphate backbone of the DNA molecule may have been created in the Gardasil® vaccine. The toxicity of the DNA/AAHS complexes is totally unknown.

How much AAHS adjuvant is there in each Gardasil® 0.5ml dose?

There are 225 mcg of AAHS in each of the three recommended doses to complete the series.

Aren’t the proteins used as antigens in Gardasil® manufactured in yeast cells using genetic engineering? That’s not in the public knowledge, is it—especially genetic engineering manufacturing in association with the use of aluminum-based nanoparticles as adjuvant? What type of impact, if any, would that have in cytokine production?

Yes, the HPV L1 protein virus-like particles (VLPs) used as antigens in Gardasil® are manufactured with yeast cultures using genetic engineering. The method by which they were produced was explained, but in my opinion, the general public did not connect the explanation of the concept with genetic engineering. It is my understanding that any foreign (meaning non-human) DNA remaining in the vaccine, whether it be from HPV, bacteria, yeast, or any other ingredient used in the manufacturing process could pose unknown health risks. Viral DNA and bacterial DNA fragments firmly bound to aluminum salts are more of a concern than yeast DNA, particularly when it comes to the potential of causing lethal shock.

For those who doubt the HPV L1 gene DNA findings, what are the odds that prove that Jasmine’s samples were accurate and beyond a reasonable doubt?

As Dr. Lee testified, his findings are validated by DNA sequencing, the gold standard for HPV DNA detection and genotyping. A few split samples, which Dr. Lee has tested in Connecticut, are being retained in Auckland Hospital. Other interested scientists may reproduce Dr. Lee’s test results by testing those retained samples, which can leave New Zealand only with the Coroner’s authorization.

Macrophages—white blood cells—get involved. Can you explain what transpires in the body that implicates Gardasil®?

Honestly, I cannot explain what happens in the body. What we have here is HPV L-1 gene DNA in the vaccine firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant, a DNA/mineral complex, which was not expected. We have HPV-16 L-1 gene DNA in the macrophages of post-mortem blood and spleen samples, a finding which was not expected in a healthy woman. There are only two ways HPV DNA could have remained in post-mortem tissue – either it was protected from normal degradation by being firmly bound to the cationic aluminum; or it had integrated into the human genome. Either one poses serious potential consequences that need to be defined and disclosed. It is the job of the FDA/CDC/NCI and any other federal agency responsible for protecting the health and welfare of the American public to conduct the necessary studies to answer the questions about potential health risks. If your readers would like to learn about the potential consequences, I would suggest they search for ‘macrophage activation syndrome.’ They will find over 365,000 sites linking to the latest scientific data.

If all Gardasil® samples Dr. Lee tested were positive, what are the implications regarding genetic engineering in any vaccine manufacturing?

I would personally think it would bring any genetically engineered vaccine under scrutiny for the same potential risks.

That information about Gardasil® impacting white blood cells and tumor necrosis factor does not appear on the vaccine package insert. What do you have to say about that?

It would not appear on the package insert, as it was just recently discovered. However, that does not absolve the FDA of at least some culpability in the matter. When the FDA was informed of the contaminating HPV DNA, they did an immediate about-face from ‘no viral DNA’ to ‘it was known and expected.’

If indeed, it was ‘known and expected,’ medical consumers deserve the answers to the following:

• Exactly when did Merck inform the FDA there is viral DNA in Gardasil®? In a letter dated April 19, 2006, Merck emphatically stated Gardasil® ‘contains no viral DNA.
• If Merck did report this to the FDA, what did the report state about the physical condition of the HPV DNA fragments in the final product? Were they in the aqueous phase of the vaccine suspension? Were they encapsulated in the VLP’s? Were they bound to AAHS nanoparticles? If so, how were they bound? (Naked foreign DNA in different physical conditions may have different pathophysiologic impacts on the human body.)
• Did Merck report the presence of plasmid DNA in addition to the HPV DNA? (Plasmid is DNA from bacterial origin and is attached to the HPV L1 gene for production of the vaccine protein. It may be expected to be present together with the HPV DNA in the vaccine.)
• If Merck knew the HPV DNA was bound to AAHS to form DNA/AAHS complexes, where are the reports from the studies they must have performed on the pathophysiologic implications of using these complexes?

Now here’s something that should be a ‘clincher’, I think. I understand HPV DNA was reported in the plasma of patients with invasive cervical cancer, which was known to be the source of HPV DNA in plasma. Furthermore, HPV DNA was not detected in plasma samples of patients who did not have cervical cancer. Jasmine did not have cervical cancer, as determined by autopsy. Therefore, she/her body should not have any HPV DNA from a cancer. What do you have to say to that?

As stated previously, there are very few conditions under which HPV DNA would remain in a person’s blood and spleen long enough to be detected. This is one such circumstance. [References: Pornthanakasem W, etal. BMC Cancer. 2001;1:2; Shimada T, etal. Jpn J Clin Oncol. 2010;40:420-424]

We’ve been talking about HPV L1 gene DNA in blood and spleen samples. Were any found elsewhere in Jasmine’s tissues?

We have learned via a report from New Zealand that:

Neuroscientist Professor Christopher Shaw of the University of Columbia in Vancouver told the inquest via video-link today that he was sent Ms Renata’s brain tissue to test.

He said there was aluminum in all the samples he tested and there were some abnormalities in the samples.

“The human papillomavirus (HPV16) was found in her brain, which could have only got there through the vaccine.” Prof Shaw said.

Do you think the FDA should be looking for a cause-effect link between HPV L1 gene DNA-activated macrophages and lethal shock?

Of course they should be looking! At the very least, they should be hunting down samples from every unexplained death after Gardasil® and sponsoring independent studies to determine if HPV L-1 gene DNA is present in others. They should also be looking at those reporting serious adverse events after Gardasil® for the same DNA.

As it stands, the FDA is not living up to their mission statement, which states:

“FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.

Medical consumers have trusted the FDA to do exactly that – protect the public health and help them get accurate, science-based information – these trusting medical consumers have been betrayed.

Norma Erickson is President of Safe, Affordable, Necessary & Effective Vaccines and Vaccination Practices (SaneVax, Inc.), a vaccine safety advocacy group. SaneVax became involved at the request of the late Jasmine Renata’s parents, who were seeking help understanding what happened to their lovely daughter following her death after experiencing numerous problems with the HPV vaccine Gardasil®. This interview covers part of the ‘history’ involved in that unfortunate case.

Norma, can you please tell us the date of Jasmine’s death?

Jasmine died September 22, 2009.

Do you happen to know if Jasmine experienced any medical problems before her death?

Yes, beginning with warts and mood changes after her first injection; same thing after the second. The warts came back a third time after the last injection, mood and behavior changes, tingling sensations in her limbs, memory loss, tachycardia, chest pains and multiple other symptoms. How many Gardasil^® injections did Jasmine receive? How far apart were the injections given?

Gardasil®, as you know, is a series of three injections. The first injection was September 18, 2008; the second, November 18, 2008; and the third, March 17, 2009.

At any time were her parents suspicious of any reactions to the Gardasil®, vaccinations?

If so, what were they?

I have not spoken personally with Jasmine’s parents, as they have been working with an associate in New Zealand since shortly after their daughter’s death. Out of respect for their privacy, all personal contact is maintained through the person they had established a relationship with. That being said, Jasmine’s mother wrote her version of the events and allowed SaneVax to post it on our site in order to try and let other parents know the potential risks involved with HPV vaccinations. How did SANE Vax become involved in this case?

Once information about Dr. Lee’s discovery of HPV rDNA fragments firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant in multiple samples of Gardasil® circulated, SaneVax began to receive requests from parents of girls suffering severe reactions all over the world looking for a way their daughter’s blood could be tested for the contaminants. SaneVax had to turn them all down, because we knew Dr. Lee’s lab was not set up to work with blood samples and no protocol had been developed to try and detect HPV DNA particles attached to aluminum in human samples. No one knew if it would even be possible to detect such fragments. Occasionally there would be some sort of special circumstance involved where I would forward an inquiry directly to Dr. Lee because the questions were beyond my field of expertise. The New Zealand advocate working with Renata’s parents posed many questions I could not answer with any degree of certainty, so I put her in direct contact with Dr. Lee.

I understand an autopsy took place. What did that autopsy reveal?

The autopsy did not uncover any HPV DNA fragments. Quite the contrary, the autopsy ruled out all known causes of death.

So, why then, did a coroner’s inquest take place recently?

In New Zealand, when there is a death with no identifiable cause, it is routine for there to be an inquest.

Let’s back up a little. If you say SANE Vax was getting requests from around the world to have blood tested of young girls experiencing severe reactions to Gardasil®, how did this come to happen?

Originally, Dr. Lee tested 13 different Gardasil® vials from six different countries and four different manufacturing facilities, and all were found to be contaminated with HPV rDNA, firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant.

Can you reveal the dates of Dr. Lee’s discovery?

The tests were done in June to August of 2011.

Did SANE Vax contact any health authorities, e.g., FDA?

As soon as Dr. Lee’s final report was turned in to SaneVax, we reported the situation to the FDA, September 2, 2011. Considering the Gardasil® issues came right on the heals of the Vioxx scandal, we saw no reason to report the issue to Merck. Furthermore, it is the FDA who is responsible for protecting the health and safety of medical consumers in the United States. Since that time, a couple more Gardasil® vials have been tested. I believe we are at 16 now, and all confirm residual HPV DNA.

I know we can’t divulge information regarding what took place at the inquest until the coroner releases it to the public, but from what you know of Dr. Lee’s research, can you please share with us what he found after his pathological examination, since he is under contract to SANE Vax and you are the owners of the research?

I can discuss it to the best of my ability.

Dr. Lee’s pathology report indicates that Gardasil® material was lodging in tissue and may have been causing health problems. The fact that Gardasil® DNA fragments were suspended in post-mortem blood—and six months post vaccination—indicates there is pathology that HPV vaccine makers did not warn about on the vaccine package inserts as a contradiction. How serious a problem is that for vaccine makers?

In my opinion, it poses a quite serious problem for two reasons. First, the manufacturer went to great lengths to remove all residual HPV DNA from the vaccine, including using a patented process to remove it from the vaccine. They assured regulatory agencies worldwide that there was no ‘viral DNA’ in the vaccine in order to obtain approval for marketing their product. Any way you slice it, HPV DNA is viral DNA – it need not be the complete virus to be viral DNA.

After we reported the presence of HPV DNA in Gardasil® to the FDA, FDA declared without presenting any supportive data that rDNA fragments are an acceptable excipient. The fact is the FDA does not know the physical condition of the HPV DNA or plasmid DNA in the vaccine. The physical condition of naked foreign DNA determines the fate of these DNA fragments and their pathophysiological effects in the human body.

Up to now, the vaccine industry always knew “The FDA specifically requires vaccine developers to show that VLPs [virus-like particles] do not encapsidate “specific” nucleic acid sequences from the expression system, and especially those encoding VLPs components.” (Valley-Omar’s paper)

Second, had Jasmine had wild (natural) HPV in her blood, it would not have lasted very long as the macrophages would have degraded it within a couple of days. Therefore, according to Dr. Lee:

“The finding of these foreign DNA fragments in the post-mortem samples six months after vaccination indicates that some of the residual DNA fragments from the viral gene or plasmid injected with Gardasil^® have been protected from degradation in the form of DNA-aluminum complexes in the macrophages; or via integration into the human genome. Undegraded viral and plasmid DNA fragments are known to activate macrophages, causing them to release tumor necrosis factor, a myocardial depressant which can induce lethal shock in animals and humans.”

Norma, could that tumor necrosis factor include cancer? Are there other ‘unknowns’?

TNF [tumor necrosis factor] is but one possible byproduct of macrophage activation. To the best of my knowledge, it only affects the heart. Other cytokines also could theoretically be produced as a result of macrophage activation causing other problems – no one knows. Study in this area is relatively new.

No one knows the potential consequences of these foreign DNA fragments remaining in the human body. Can they cause cancer? Can they cause autoimmune disorders? Can they cause birth defects? Can they cause death? No one knows – that is a HUGE problem, in my opinion.

Do you think AAHS [amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate] in Gardasil^® can be the primary contributing factor to so many deaths and adverse reactions in young girls who were vaccinated with Gardasil^® ? Please elaborate.

Personally, having looked at the results of the clinical trials where the vaccine was tested against the AAHS as a control, I believe it is a strong possibility that AAHS is a contributing factor. The reason being the adverse events during the trials were somewhat evenly distributed between the two groups. Unfortunately, over 70% of all trial participants experienced a ‘new medical condition’ during the trials – which, by the way, is the CDC’s definition of an adverse event.

How very interesting! And, of course, that does not appear on vaccine package inserts, does it?

The only thing quoted in package inserts or advertising is Gardasil^® is safe and effective. It does not seem to matter what the truth is, i.e., the vaccine appeared to be no more dangerous than the adjuvant during clinical trials. Remember that even this may be misleading, as no one knows the long-term effects of the HPV DNA particles. The real experiment is being conducted on young people around the world as we speak.

What did Dr. Lee’s pathology report state regarding that connection?

Dr. Lee was not looking for aluminum damage or exposure. He was simply attempting to discover whether or not the HPV DNA fragments found in Gardasil^® were also present in autopsy samples.

According to Dr. Lee, the HPV DNA fragments in the vaccine were firmly bound to the amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate (AAHS) particles that are used as an adjuvant in Gardasil^® formulation. The post-mortem finding obviously indicates an apparent unknown role AAHS in Gardasil^® plays in the body’s retention of HPV DNA particles, especially since a relatively high amount of AAHS is administered with each vaccination. What should the U.S. CDC and FDA do in view of these findings?

Ideally, these agencies would rescind Gardasil^® approval until such time as independent—not Big Pharma—laboratory analysis could prove the residual HPV DNA attached to an aluminum compound poses no risk to medical consumers.

Well, isn’t that part of the problem with vaccines, e.g., the rush to get vaccines certified for human use often with a rush to judgment and sometimes-flawed science?

Yes, at the very least, the CDC/FDA should provide autopsy samples from all deaths subsequent to Gardasil^®vaccinations to independent laboratories with suitable technology to investigate the situation further. Anything less is a betrayal of the public trust.

The Tripedia vaccine product insert was removed from the Johns Hopkins Institute for Vaccine Safety website. [1] I also discovered that it is now missing from the Centers for Disease Control Vaccine Price List. The “official” reason is likely Sanofi Pasteur’s discontinuing the production of the vaccine. [2]

However, closer inspection of the Tripedia product insert reveals another smoking-gun relationship between vaccines and autism.

THE SECRET MEETING YOU WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT

Information can disappear for many reasons.

For example, perhaps a webmaster accidentally removes the hyperlink to the Tripedia vaccine product insert. But if it was removed intentionally, we obviously have a situation where “The Authorities” want to limit the exposure of very damaging information. Before you can appreciate what disappeared, you need to know why this information is so important.

Let’s get right to it.

Some vaccines contain a particularly nasty ingredient called thimerosal. The purpose of this organic mercury preservative in vaccines, as stated on the FDA’s website, is to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms. [3] However, there are major concerns from parents regarding the mercurial compound being neurotoxic to children.

In June of 2000, members from the Centers for Disease Control, the Food and Drug Administration, and pharmaceutical companies, met in a secret meeting held in Simpsonwood, GA. The topic of discussion was the relationship between thimerosal and autism.

We know what was said at the meeting because parents obtained the transcripts through the Freedom of Information Act. The conversations are chilling. [5]

Here are three important quotes from the Simpsonwood Document:

“…the number of dose related relationships [between mercury and autism] are linear and statistically significant. You can play with this all you want. They are linear. They are statistically significant.” – Dr. William Weil, American Academy of Pediatrics. Simpsonwood, GA, June 7, 2000

“Forgive this personal comment, but I got called out at eight o’clock for an emergency call and my daughter-in-law delivered a son by c-section. Our first male in the line of the next generation and I do not want that grandson to get a Thimerosal containing vaccine until we know better what is going on. It will probably take a long time. In the meantime, and I know there are probably implications for this internationally, but in the meanwhile I think I want that grandson to only be given Thimerosal-free vaccines.” – Dr. Robert Johnson, Immunologist, University of Colorado, Simpsonwood, GA, June 7, 2000

“But there is now the point at which the research results have to be handled, and even if this committee decides that there is no association and that information gets out, the work has been done and through the freedom of information that will be taken by others and will be used in other ways beyond the control of this group. And I am very concerned about that as I suspect that it is already too late to do anything regardless of any professional body and what they say…My mandate as I sit here in this group is to make sure at the end of the day that 100,000,000 are immunized with DTP, Hepatitis B and if possible Hib, this year, next year and for many years to come, and that will have to be with thimerosal containing vaccines unless a miracle occurs and an alternative is found quickly and is tried and found to be safe.” – Dr. John Clements, World Health Organization, Simpsonwood, GA, June 7, 2000

The last quote by Dr. John Clements is important and revealing, because here is what happened next.

BIG PHARMA IS QUICK TO RESPOND

Recall that the spotlight of this story is on the Tripedia vaccine.

Tripedia is an FDA approved diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis (DTaP) vaccine and the Centers for Disease Control recommends that infants be injected at 2, 4, and 6 months of age. [6]

It contains thimerosal.

Nine short months AFTER the Simpsonwood meeting mentioned above, the Food and Drug Administration approved a “thimerosal free” Tripedia vaccine. [7] Do you think the FDA might have been a bit concerned about the findings discussed at the Simpsonwood meeting?

I personally think so.

You can now see the importance of the following passage on the FDA’s website:

“Much progress has been made to date in removing or reducing thimerosal in vaccines…In March 2001 the FDA approved a second DTaP vaccine formulated without thimerosal as a preservative (Aventis Pasteur’s Tripedia, trace thimerosal).” [3] (emphasis mine)

In my opinion, it couldn’t be any clearer. The pharmaceutical companies are being shielded from a landslide of litigation. But here’s the smoking gun I promised to show you.

EXTREME ADVERSE EVENTS (AUTISM & SIDS) REPORTED

The smoking gun comes in the form of the Tripedia vaccine product insert dated December 2005. This places the insert four years on the timeline after being approved for a “thimerosal free” alternative.

Keep in mind, no massive recall was made for the vaccines already containing thimerosal. The vaccines stayed on the shelves and were injected into your children. The reason you didn’t hear about any major recalls of the vaccines is because doing so would have jeopardized the public’s confidence in the entire vaccine program.

With that, I’m going to suggest that this information may radically change the way you look at vaccines forever.  Page 11 of the Tripedia product insert states:

“Adverse events reported during post-approval use of Tripedia vaccine include idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, SIDS [Sudden Infant Death Syndrome], anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis, autism, convulsion/grand mal convulsion, encephalopathy, hypotonia, neuropathy, somnolence and apnea.” [8] (emphasis mine)

SIDS is most likely to occur between 2 and 4 months of age. [9] DTaP is given at 2,4, and 6 months. [6]

Strange coincidence, is it not?

The insert continues to say it is not possible to establish a “causal relationship” between the reactions and the components in the vaccine. In other words, the language is saying you can’t blame the vaccine for these conditions, even though they were reported.

The FDA has a large problem on their hands, and they know it. They approved vaccines with thimerosal and are trying to keep the situation quiet, especially when it comes to parents.  As shown in this article, this information is coming up missing. But, the missing information did shine a HUGE spotlight on the information in the vaccine product insert.

With all the controversy surrounding vaccines and autism, why even mention it in a vaccine product insert for an FDA-approved vaccine?!? We may never know the true answer, but consider this question for a moment.

How many times have you heard a doctor or health worker hysterically say there is ZERO chance that vaccines cause autism?

My hope is for health professionals to take the time and independently research vaccines. However, researching vaccines and putting the pieces together can be difficult, especially when information disappears.

CONCLUSION

The secret Simpsonwood meeting points to a direct causal relationship between vaccines and autism. This information prompted vaccine manufacturers to rapidly and very quietly manufacture a thimerosal-free vaccine with the FDAs full cooperation. I think parents need to keep that in mind.

Four years after a “thimerosal free” vaccine became available, a cryptic paragraph referencing autism and SIDS appeared  in a vaccine product insert. Now that information is being scrubbed from government and vaccine safety websites. Shame on them!

And by the way, Mom and Dad, as of May 2, 2012, the Johns Hopkins Institute for Vaccine Safety knows Tripedia has trace amounts of thimerosal. [10]

You need to know that if your child is injured by a vaccine, your doctor is not held responsible. Read the vaccine product inserts. Research the information for yourself. Don’t take for granted that your doctor has done it for you.

The first time the UK government tried this tactic and succeeded was in 1988 when the JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunizations) sanctioned the MMR vaccine Pluserix for use in the UK. Pluserix had previously been banned in Canada, causing thousands of children to suffer irreversible side effects as a result. This vaccine went on to cause the same devastation in the UK. [1]

A DANGEROUS VACCINE

Dr. Lucjia Tomljenovic gave a full description of these devastating side effects, including encephalitis, bilateral deafness and meningitis, in her paper The vaccination policy and the Code of Practice of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI): Are They at Odds? Appalled at the committee’s behavior, she exposed exactly what was being said behind the closed doors of UK’s JCVI. She wrote:

“Thus, instead of re-evaluating the vaccination policy, at least until safety concerns were fully evaluated, the JCVI choose to support the existing policy based on incomplete evidence that was available at that time.” [2]

One child who became profoundly deaf in one ear after she received the now banned vaccination, Katie Stephen, is still fighting for compensation to this day. Her mother, Wendy Stephen, is furious at her daughter’s treatment and told The Telegraph in a recent article:

“She wasn’t born this way. This was done to her by the Department of Health. They distributed pamphlets arguing that this was the right thing to do for your child, and not just that, but the right thing to do for herd immunity in the UK against these three illnesses.” [3]

Obviously not learning from the error of their ways, the UK government has once again potentially put thousands of lives at risk by re-introducing a banned, this time unlicensed vaccine onto the UK market.

In June 2012, the single mumps vaccine Medi-Mumps cultured on dog kidney cells was advertised for use at a number of private clinics as an alternative option to the MMR. It has since been discovered however, that Medi-Mumps is in fact the banned, unlicensed vaccine Pavivac. To cover this up, just like the MMR vaccine Pluserix, the vaccine was repackaged and given a new name.

A SHOCKING DISCOVERY

Through intensive research, we have learned that on September 13, 2012, the UK’s MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) wrote a press release titled Advertising Investigations. The MHRA wrote:

“13 September 2012

The MHRA was made aware of information presented on the Children’s Immunisation Centre (CIC) website about Medi-Mumps and a related press release. The MHRA was concerned that the information provided an unbalanced view of the safety and efficacy of the vaccine because it did not mention the MHRA’s concerns and previous CSM advice or that the product was unlicensed. (emphasis added)

We understood that the Medi-Mumps vaccine is manufactured from the same stock and processed in the same way as Pavivac mumps vaccine. (emphasis added) The MHRA, acting on advice from an independent advisory committee, the Committee on Safety of Medicines (CSM), has for a number of years objected to the importation of the Pavivac product because there is insufficient information available to assure its safety, quality and efficacy. CIC amended the websites to remove the information about Medi-Mumps.

DON’T SAY WE DIDN’T WARN YOU

Amazingly in May of this year on this very site, I wrote an article titled New Vaccine Made From Dog Cells May Trigger Allergy to Dogs. [5] My article highlighted the fact that a new single mumps vaccine had been slipped into private clinics in the UK through the back door.

I highlighted that the Medi-Mumps vaccine had been advertised as being available from June 2012 in two private clinics, The Children’s Immunization Centre, who have now removed the vaccine in question from their listings [6] and The Early Onset Clinic who, at the time of this writing, are still advertising it as available today. [7]

I queried whether or not that the new vaccine could possibly be the banned vaccine Pavivac repackaged and re introduced as a new product:

“Interestingly Medi-Mumps is extremely similar to the banned vaccine Pavivac. The Pavivac vaccine was also manufactured in the Czech Republic and cultured on canine kidney cells but this vaccine was rejected by the CSM (Committee on the Safety of Medicines) in 2002 because of safety concerns.” [8]

My research was spot on and once again, vactruth.com can be proven to promote child health safety.

CONCLUSION

I would like to know just how these private clinics managed to get this so wrong. Did they not realize that they were and still are, in some cases, advertising and injecting very young children with an unlicensed, previously banned product? Do they also not realize that it has been illegal to advertise unlicensed products to the public since 2010? [9]

How can we, as healthcare consumers, ever trust our governments if they continue to sanction dangerous, banned and unlicensed products for use on our children? These are only two products that we now know about. How many other banned, unlicensed drugs, vaccines and healthcare products are being recommended for use that are repackaged and renamed?

I took notes throughout, jotting down a slew of unbelievable ignorance and outright lies combined with words of passion, brilliance, and truth. All amidst eye rolling and head shaking from Katie Wright and others in the audience.

There are already dozens of incredible articles on the Internet covering the hearing, so I won’t give a blow-by-blow account with specific quotes. I’ll just provide the gist of things—from the awesome to the ignorance and outright lies. (I apologize if I use exact quotes without giving credit—I’m writing from my notes.)

THE AWESOME

Congress

The first panel consisted of the Members of Congress. They were prepared and had clearly done their homework. Their questions and persistence and compassion were amazing. They asked tough questions that needed to be answered. They demanded that proof be submitted to the permanent record. Here are some of their questions:

Mercury is a toxin. Why has it never been tested?

If pregnant women are told not to eat fish with mercury, how can it be safe to inject it into the mom and/or the baby?

What is the cumulative effect of the mercury in all those shots?

The FDA has admitted that there’s no conclusive evidence that mercury causes neurological damage. Since that means there is some doubt, why not err on the side of safety and remove it from all vaccines?

Why is mercury still in multiple-vial shots? Why can’t single vials be used?

If mercury is so safe, why was it taken out of all but a few vaccines?

Why so many shots in one day? Sometimes 9 at a time. Kids used to get 3, if that. Why are there more than 40 now?

Why not spread out the shots, giving only one at a time, until more evidence is in?

Why not test the safety of giving multiple shots in the same day?

How about comparing families who have children with autism with families who don’t?

Where is the study of vaccinated versus unvaccinated children?

Is anyone looking at the geographic disparities?

What about finding treatments that are effective?

Where’s the accountability for the autism epidemic?

What about the “integrity” of Dr. Poul Thorsen, who was involved in 21 of the CDC’s 24 vaccine studies?

Where did the law shielding vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits originate?

What will it take to develop a comprehensive national strategy to make things better?

What about improved coordination among federal agencies?

Why are things getting worse and worse in spite of everything that’s being done?

How do we effectively and efficiently use our energy and our passion to get something done? We’re looking into causes, etc., but the people in this room need help right now.

Why aren’t you listening to the families and focusing on what they are telling you and what they need? There is too much parental evidence of the same story over and over—my child was normal and healthy, then got vaccines and changed overnight.

Autism is a public health crisis. Why isn’t it on the front burner of the CDC every day?

We’ve been at this for more than a decade. We’ve spent huge amounts of money. The 1 in 88 number is terrible. From 1 in 10,000 [in the 1960s] to 1 in 88 today. We don’t want to hear about better detection. It can’t account for these numbers. It’s common sense—our kids are overvaccinated.

Advocates

The second panel, with representatives from groups like SafeMinds and the Autism Society, were outspoken and also persistent. And they were just plain right. Truth and personal experience were on their side.

Autism is very serious. It’s a public health crisis of historic proportions that is devastating an entire generation of children and their families.

Autism must be a priority.

Stop wasting money on the autism gene hunt.

The increase is not about better diagnosis. The increase is about more autism. Just a few years ago, adults with autism rarely existed. No one can find them, although they have looked. On the other hand, you don’t have to look far to find a child with autism.

Let’s look at the great unmentionables—vaccines and mercury—to find a plausible explanation for the increase in autism.

How about studying the total health outcomes of vaccinated versus unvaccinated children?

The CDC uses statistical trickery in their studies. They cover up what they don’t want us to know.

People with autism need more services. Children need, among other things, ABA therapy in their homes and better educational strategies. Adults who age out of the system must have help preparing for the rest of their lives, to improve their quality of life and their opportunities for employment, schooling, and housing.

Medical professionals need continuing education.

This country must have a national strategic plan, including an autism advisory committee and an IACC that won’t miss the mark.

We need accountability for the NIH and CDC as well as the Combating Autism Act funding. The failures, waste, and fraud need to be rooted out.

THE IGNORANCE AND OUTRIGHT LIES

The two federal representatives—Coleen Boyle from the CDC and Alan Guttmacher from the NIH—left me speechless at times, screaming at others. Unlike Congress and the advocates, they were completely unprepared and uninformed. They went on and on about better diagnosis and early detection and ridiculous potential causes. Worse, they were evasive and lied under oath. How the families sat there with their mouths shut, I’ll never know.

Basically, here’s what Dr. Boyle and Dr. Guttmacher said:

We’ve come a long way in the field of autism.

It’s a national health priority.

The numbers have increased due to better diagnosis and increased recognition.

There have been numerous studies—and there are others in progress—to determine what accounts for the increase.

Surveillance tracking has been done in 12 states.

A lot of money has been spent for things like early detection in babies as young as 6 months old.

We’re working on a 5-minute questionnaire that will diagnosis autism as early as 1 year of age.

No one knows the cause, although car emissions and the age of the mother when pregnant could be to blame.

More research is needed before, during, and after pregnancy.

We don’t know how to prevent it, so we should focus on a cure.

The IACC has tools in place to identify best practices and risk factors and improve the lives of those with autism.

Lives—not to mention money—have been saved because of vaccines.

Mercury was removed from all vaccines in 2001.

Since mercury is safe, we don’t know why it was removed from most shots, but we’ll look into it and get back to you.

We don’t know how many multi-vial vaccines still contain mercury.

The reason so many shots are given at the same time is to make sure all kids get them. They use the opportunity to make sure it happens.

Forty is a little high for the number of shots. I don’t think children get that many.

All the vaccines and the schedule have been perfectly thought out by experts.

There is a body of evidence that shows no relation between vaccines and autism.

Vaccines have been proven safe in study after study.

It’s a puzzle—we’re putting the pieces together.

NOW WHAT?

We know that the NIH and CDC have fallen way short in recognizing, let alone fixing, this autism epidemic. They’ve proven that time and time again. But Congress is listening. They understand that autism is an emergency, that it’s not genetic, that something is terribly wrong. Most important, something must be done. At the hearing, they didn’t let Boyle and Guttmacher drop the ball. They demanded answers. For the first time, they talked about vaccines.

Ask them to stay on this issue. To make a change before things get any worse. Here are some ideas.

Help for victims. Talk to parents and advocacy groups who know better than anyone the challenges families of children with autism face. Parents who watched their children change after a vaccine, who KNOW what caused the autism, who know what their kids need and what treatments are working. These families need insurance coverage for successful therapies and, if they have no insurance, they need affordable or free therapies. They need respite services. The children need better treatments and educational accommodations. Adults with autism who have already aged out of the system, or soon will, desperately need help with schooling, employment, and housing.

Unbiased scientific studies. Stop the studies on gene research. Start looking for the environmental causes of autism, including vaccines. Studies of every ingredient in each vaccine as well as the combination of ingredients and multiple vaccines. Their side effects. Their success and failure rates. Their necessity. The vaccine schedule. Vaccinated versus unvaccinated children. Studies of biomedical and other treatments for autism. Make sure the people doing the studies don’t have a financial interest in the outcome. That rules out vaccine manufacturers or anyone else associated with Big Pharma. We need studies conducted by those who will report the truth and not skew the statistics to their advantage.

Agency accountability and objectivity. When Obama ran for president 4 years ago, he called himself the Autism President. He promised all kinds of things, including insurance coverage for therapies, a federal government position responsible for autism policy, and increased funding. He hasn’t kept those promises. During this year’s campaign, he said, “Autism is an enormous issue and I have a plan.” What plan? Things are worse now than they were 4 years ago. President Obama needs to be held accountable. The NIH and CDC, as well as all agencies involved with autism, also need to be accountable. They have failed our children and their families. They are uneducated about autism. These groups need a complete overhaul. Their members cannot have a financial interest in vaccines. This means no Dr. Offit on the IOM. It means the IACC can’t have members who are connected to the AAP or CDC, are former pharmaceutical company employees, or are members of an autism organization funded by vaccine manufacturers. [I don’t think these last few points were raised at the hearing, but they should have been.]

Injury compensation. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program needs to do what it was intended to do, and that is to compensate families who have vaccine-injured children. Make the process simpler and more accessible. Make it work. And stop protecting vaccine manufacturers from liability. They know what they’re doing. They’re making big bucks off their products. They owe our children and their families for the damage they have caused.

Civil rights protection. All states must have school vaccine exemptions (medical, religious, and philosophical). Parents need to be informed of their right to say no to vaccines and not be made to jump through hoops to make choices to protect their children.

Education. It’s clear that federal agencies such as the NIH and CDC are ignorant when it comes to vaccines. The same can be said for pediatricians and other medical professionals. Whether willfully or blindly, they are ignorant. They need to be taught how to dissect “studies” claiming vaccine safety. They need to follow the money, as parents who have concerns about vaccines do. The VAERS is available. It needs to be used. It’s estimated that only about 1% of reactions are reported. Doctors must be required to not only recognize adverse reactions to vaccines but to REPORT them. And this must be taken a step further. The information in VAERS should be analyzed and the results published. Parents, too, need education. As with other pharmaceuticals, they should know every possible side effect of every vaccine that is injected into their children. In other words, informed consent.

Vaccine restrictions. Today’s children receive 49 doses of vaccines before kindergarten, with some getting 9 doses in one doctor’s visit. As the hearing participants pointed out, there is no reason why the shots can’t be spread out and given in single-vial doses. A committee of true vaccine experts could determine which vaccines—if any—are necessary and safe and the safest way—if there is one—to administer them. At this moment, more than 300 new vaccines are in development. The money and time spent on most of these is a waste and should be stopped immediately.

Media. An investigation into financial donations to various media outlets needs to be conducted. It will no doubt expose large contributions from both Big Pharma as well as the political arena, which will explain the lack of coverage on what should be breaking news when it comes to autism. For instance, with the exception of C-SPAN, Fox 5, and The Examiner, who else covered the congressional hearing?

Consequences. Are there consequences for knowingly, willingly pushing toxin-filled vaccines that have no objective, scientific safety studies behind them? Who is going to be forced to pay for the damage? What is the consequence for fraud? For the cover-up? For lying under oath before Congress? The guilty should face criminal charges and be punished for their part in this country’s deplorable vaccine program.

LET’S KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING

The congressional hearing on autism was a historic event. We deserve to bask in that knowledge. But let’s not stop talking and writing and demanding change. We still have a lot of work to do.
